There are 4 upstairs suites in Village Centre, Two are available for lease at this time. Plus there is an opportunity to partner in Suite 211. Arriba Gallery is looking for someone who has a business that could be run from a desk and computer in the gallery. This person would tend to the gallery's customers when there. They are leaving to re-locate back to San Diego.
Suite 211 (pictured) is the new home of Arriba Gallery. It has 696 square feet (gross) and is also upstairs. Features include three skylights (1 operable), carpeting, vaulted ceilings, bathroom and window display space on the ground floor. There are two entries - one off the street and one off the skybridge which connects to Suite 202. Suite 208, currently the home of Caitlin Saraniero's "Panache Salon", is not for lease. It is the furthest back of four upstairs suites in Village Centre. It has approx. 400 square feet of (gross) floor space plus a small deck. Features include a bathroom, vaulted ceilings and a large skylight. It is a corner space with great natural lighting and cross ventilation.
